Ever girl that goes through the Dignity Project receives a Dignity Bag. Each bag contains:

• Four washable, re-usable sanitary products. Cared for correctly, the pads will last a whole year.
• Two pairs of underwear.
• One pouch to store pads during school.
• One leaflet recapping all the information they have learned throughout the day.
